All in-stock items will ship no later than 2-3 business after placing an order. Custom heavy sweatshirts will ship no later than a week and a half after placing an order. When your package(s) ships, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number for you to check the transit status/location of your items. General transit time for all orders is between 2-4 business days with an additional 1-2 business days during the peak holiday season. All orders over $50+ ship for free! Please note, free shipping may not be available during all promotional periods/sales. U.S. Shipping Only.
If any shipping issue should arise such as a delay or a carrier notifying us of a damage/unforeseen challenge along the way, we will notify you as soon as possible and work our hardest to get your order to you as quick as possible. All items, unless marked otherwise, are eligible to be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided they are unworn and in the original condition when first sent out. Custom items are not eligible for returns/exchanges due to the unique nature of the products.
